Our System

We operate the Anonymous Whistleblower Reporting System through which our employees and all external stakeholders can report unethical actions. The system is run by an independent specialist organization outside the group and the identification of informers (whistleblowers) and what each report is about is strictly kept confidential by blocking IP trackers and deleting logs.

We have introduced the Voluntary Full Disclosure System to protect our employees and maintain a fair, transparent partnership with external stakeholders.

  A system that enables employees to report when their non-arm’s length relationships is instated for existing or new suppliers to enhance transparency & fairness of the transactions

  A system then encourages employees to donate 50% of the compensation in the case they have received fees for giving a lecture or consulting advice using company-related information.

All Orion-affiliated companies operate our Incident Disclosure System for sharing knowledge and timely responses to major incidents such as issues on products, HR affairs, accidents, and security with relevant departments via timely, accurate reporting. We also adopted our Weak Point Management into practice where we identify potential risks by each duty by analyzing accident data that has been accumulated in the system.

CSR Activity Participation System

We implement the CSR Activity Participation System for effective guidance and systematic management of ethical management activities. The system contains information on major activities undertaken by our employees, including volunteer activities and ethical practices.
