To achieve sustainable growth together with its Business Partners, Orion manages supply chain risks related to ethical management, human rights, safety and health, and the environment. In addition, the company has established the Code of Conduct for Business Partners to promote responsible ESG management in collaboration with its business partners.

Moving forward, Orion will continue to strengthen sustainable supply chain management by conducting ESG assessments, providing management support, and fostering win-win cooperation with its business partners.

To strengthen sustainability across the supply chain, Orion conducts ESG assessments and provides management support for its Business Partners.

Since 2025, Orion has been collaborating with the Korea Food Industry Association to carry out joint ESG initiatives across the supply chain.

Through a combination of self-assessments and third-party verifications, the company evaluates the ESG performance of its key business partners and systematically identifies risks related to ethical management, human rights, health and safety, and the environment. To help mitigate and improve ESG risks, Orion also offers consulting services and training programs tailored to its partners' needs.

In addition, to enhance the competitiveness of its Business Partners and build long-term, sustainable partnerships, Orion implements a variety of support programs across areas such as quality, technology, education, and finance.

Orion strives to build a sustainable supply chain and fulfill its social responsibilities based on its Code of Ethics, "Right Way, Better Life, Better Future." Guided by this principle, we are committed to conducting ethical business practices that consider all stakeholders.

To that end, we have established the Code of Conduct for Business Partners, which reflects global standards and guidelines.
This Code aims to ensure that not only Orion employees but also all employees of our Business Partners within the supply chain carry out their duties in accordance with legal and ethical standards, while also upholding their responsibilities toward society and the environment.
