Social Contribution Governance

Orion has established a systematic contribution governance and is actively pursuing various social contribution activities to fulfill our corporate social responsibilities. Key agenda items for social contribution are regularly reported to the “ESG Committee,” a decision-making body under the Board of Directors, which deliberates on and approves social contribution strategies and major initiatives. In 2025, the ESG Committee held a total of three meetings to review and approve key agenda items, including plans for implementation of social contribution activities and performance by each subsidiary, as well as a donation to the Jeju Province Mutual Prosperity Fund. The “CSR Team ESG Division,” as the dedicated social contribution organization, establishes company-wide social contribution strategies and implementation directions, and systematically plans and operates social contribution programs that reflect the characteristics of our business. It also continuously monitors the outcomes of social contribution activities and strives to create shared value with local communities. In collaboration with the “Orion Foundation,” we also conduct social contribution activities in various fields, including supporting children and youth, fostering mutual growth with local communities, and conserving biodiversity, thereby contributing to the creation of sustainable social value.

Social Contribution Strategy and Policy

Social Contribution Strategy
Orion is implementing our social contribution strategy based on “sharing affection,” the Group’s common social contribution theme, to achieve sustainable corporate growth and create social value. All subsidiaries undertake social contribution activities related to our business, fulfilling our social responsibilities based on two core pillars: “sharing warm affection,” which focuses on supporting children and teenagers, and “sharing green affection,” which contributes to environmental sustainability and local communities.

Policies to Encourage Employee Participation
In order to encourage employees to take part in social contribution activities, we allow them to engage in such activities during work hours, and reflect their social contribution performance in their individual, organizational, and corporate KPI evaluations. By selecting outstanding participation stories, awarding Ethics Practice Points, and posting them on the company website, we aim to expand voluntary employee participation and foster a culture of social contribution.
